Online Guitar Classes in Singapore

Singapore doesn't change its clocks, and neither does India. So the conversion never moves.

Our teaching window is 11:30 am to 12:30 am Singapore time. After-school slots at 3:30 to 6 pm are available, and so are post-work lessons at 7 to 9 pm. Only early mornings are out.

Singapore families run tight timetables. Primary and secondary students have school, enrichment classes and CCA commitments, and adults commute across the island. A lesson from your own room removes a trip to a studio in a mall.

We also teach a fair number of Indian-origin families who want songs in Hindi or Tamil film music alongside school repertoire. Chord names are universal, and the teacher can talk through the first chords in Hindi or English.

Most students live in HDB flats or condos, and thin walls are a fact of life. Acoustic guitars carry less than people fear, but evenings after 10 pm are another matter. We usually suggest 15 to 20 minutes of practice at a reasonable hour and a soft pick for shared walls. If you share a room with a sibling, the first month can be done at low volume with a clip-on tuner.

We teach the Trinity and Rockschool guitar syllabi and prepare students for the exam. We're not an exam centre, and local centre availability changes, so check the board's website. See exam preparation.
