A long link between Oman and India

Indian families have lived in Oman for generations, and Indian-curriculum schools in Muscat and elsewhere serve many of them. That means a lot of children grow up hearing Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and English at home, and many want to play the songs they hear at family events.

We teach in Hindi or English, and chord names are the same either way. If your family speaks another Indian language, the teacher can still work with it using chord names and song structure.

03

Muscat, Sohar, Salalah and Nizwa

Muscat students, from Ruwi to Al Khuwair to Bawshar, often book Friday mornings and after-school slots. Sohar and Salalah students tend to book weekday evenings. Salalah has its own climate through the khareef season, and families often stay indoors and have more time for practice. Whatever the town, you need only a steady connection and a guitar.

04

How a lesson works

You join a link. The teacher watches both hands through your camera and corrects as you play. You get a practice plan of 15 to 20 minutes a day. How online guitar lessons work explains camera angle and sound. Beginners learn two open chords in lesson one.

05

Fees and paying from Oman

Prices are in Indian rupees.

Students in Oman usually pay by PayPal or Wise, which convert from Omani rials at the day's rate. The rial is a high-value currency, so the converted amount looks small, but it still follows the rupee price. If your method doesn't work, tell us before booking. There's no lock-in.
